A high-growth, well-funded company operating at the intersection of technology, data science and natural resources is seeking an Associate General Counsel to support its global workforce and continued international expansion.
The business is focused on the discovery and development of critical materials essential to electrification and modern infrastructure, using advanced, data-driven approaches to improve how resources are identified and brought into production. With operations spanning North America, Europe, Africa and Australia, the company is scaling rapidly and building the infrastructure required to support long-term, global growth.
The Role
This is a senior, strategic position within a lean and collaborative legal team. You will advise on complex, cross-border employment matters and partner closely with leadership and HR to build scalable frameworks across a global organisation.
You will also play a key role in supporting IPO readiness from an employment perspective, helping to ensure the company is well-positioned as it continues to grow. Energy/Infrastructure experience is not essential.
