Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique ? En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) de projets (titre interne : Project Coordinator II), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi administratif et la coordination des projets afin d'assurer leur bon déroulement du début à la fin. Vous soutiendrez les chargés de projets et les gestionnaires de construction en assurant le suivi des échéanciers, la gestion des documents et le respect des standards de l'entreprise. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne proactive qui aime résoudre des problèmes, travailler dans un environnement rapide et maintenir des opérations bien organisées.

UNE JOURNÉE DANS LA VIE D'UN(E) COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) DE PROJETS

En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) de projets, vous serez le point central qui assure l'alignement entre les équipes, les échéanciers et les détails administratifs. Vous réviserez les dossiers de projets, assurerez le suivi des étapes clés et des indicateurs de performance (KPI), et communiquerez régulièrement avec les chargés de projets, gestionnaires de construction, sous-traitants et clients.

Vous préparerez les factures, effectuerez le suivi des comptes recevables et maintiendrez des dossiers précis afin d'assurer un déroulement efficace des projets et une facturation rapide. Vous contribuerez à résoudre les problématiques avant qu'elles n'entraînent des retards, fournirez des mises à jour claires aux différentes parties prenantes et offrirez du soutien aux membres de l'équipe Project Coordinator I lorsque nécessaire.

Grâce à votre initiative, votre sens de l'organisation et vos excellentes aptitudes en communication, vous contribuerez directement à l'excellence opérationnelle et au succès des projets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en coordination de projets ou en administration dans le domaine de la restauration après sinistre ou de la construction
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis; une formation postsecondaire en administration, gestion de projets ou construction constitue un atout
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils numériques de gestion de projets
  • Expérience avec XactAnalysis requise; connaissance de Xactimate considérée comme un atout
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation avec une grande attention aux détails
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités, respecter des échéanciers serrés et résoudre des problèmes efficacement
  • Bonne compréhension des coûts de projets, de la rentabilité et des processus de facturation client
  • Capacité à développer de solides relations avec les équipes internes, les sous-traitants et les clients

You'll support Project Managers and Construction Managers by tracking timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring every file meets company standards. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT COORDINATOR

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the connection point that keeps teams, timelines, and details aligned. You'll review project files, verify that milestones and KPIs are being met, and communicate regularly with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors, and clients. You'll prepare invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless project flow and timely billing. You'll troubleshoot issues before they cause delays, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and help guide Project Coordinator I team members when needed. Your initiative, organization, and strong communication skills will help drive operational excellence and ensure every project meets expectations from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project coordination or administrative experience in restoration or construction required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or construction administration an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital project management tools
  • Experience with XactAnalysis required; Xactimate knowledge an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and problem-solve effectively
  • Solid understanding of job costing, profitability, and client billing processes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, subtrades, and clients
