Job description

Administrative Assistant (Property Administration Growth Opportunity)

Location: North York – Yonge & Finch
Onsite Requirement: 5 days onsite
Salary: $60,000-$65,000
Work Location: 5650 Yonge Street & 5700 Yonge Street (connected by concourse)
Start: Immediate hiring process underway

Our real estate client is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their property management team in North York. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow into Property Administration within a dynamic commercial real estate environment.

Based in the management office, this role is highly interactive and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating events, and creating a welcoming tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk reception and administrative support to the property management office
  • Greet visitors, tenants, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Support tenant engagement initiatives, activations, and onsite events/programming
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and related administrative documentation
  • Issue parking passes and program access cards for tenants and visitors
  • Assist with general office coordination and property administration duties
  • Support the property management team with ad hoc projects and tenant communications

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative, customer service, hospitality, events, or office coordination experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Event or activations experience is considered a strong asset
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in commercial property management is an asset
