Job description
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Strategic Partner Leader for High Velocity Sales to enhance partnerships with Distributors and Software Resellers in a hybrid working environment. Lead market initiatives and strategic revenue growth.

In this influential role, you'll manage key relationships, directing the go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation with partner networks. Your experience in alliance management will be invaluable as you coordinate efforts across regions to meet sales goals. Strong communication and technical understanding are essential to support your collaboration efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for partnerships • Establish and nurture executive relationships with partners • Drive growth through co-selling and distribution strategies • Facilitate enablement of sales teams for success • Lead partnership operational reviews and reporting

Requirements: • Relevant Bachelor's degree • Over 10 years in partner or alliance management • Direct experience with Distributors and Software Resellers • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Excellent communicator and influencer
