Ensure reliable, secure, and resilient delivery of all technology and information systems. Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders. Act as a senior advisor on technology risk, cyber protection, and operational resilience. Establish and promote strong cybersecurity awareness and governance practices. Lead technology risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are implemented effectively. Direct procurement activities and manage external service providers and consulting partners. Oversee day-to-day operations including user support, infrastructure, networks, applications, and security. Lead delivery of enterprise platforms supporting customer engagement, content, identity, and collaboration. Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and long-term roadmaps. Apply structured project delivery and system development practices across initiatives. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk exposure, capacity, and delivery timelines. Contribute to corporate planning, reporting, and operational strategy. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, scalable solutions. Foster a service-oriented, customer-focused culture across the technology organization. Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality in all sensitive matters.
