Job description
Advance Stripe’s user support with your expertise as a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on self-service enhancements in Toronto. You’ll design and implement ML models that enhance user experience and satisfaction. Join the dynamic Support Experience team at Stripe where your technical skills will play a vital role in shaping user support experiences. Leveraging your background in AI/ML, you will build innovative models and systems to address customer needs effectively. Collaborate seamlessly with engineers and product leaders to propose and develop robust ML solutions, driving improvements throughout the support infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Create advanced ML models for self-service improvements • Develop resolution flows for common support scenarios • Build and optimize training pipelines for ML systems • Streamline support processes through accurate data collection • Work closely with cross-functional teams on new features Requirements: • Bachelor’s in ML/AI or a related field • Over 3 years in AI/ML and backend engineering roles • Familiarity with LLMs, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks • Proficient in Python, with a solid foundation in data science • Strong ability to communicate and lead technical discussions Your contributions will enhance Stripe's customer support landscape significantly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
