Job description
The incumbent of this position is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the technical operations of this department in the context of soil improvement projects. The person will actively contribute to business development, supervise and participate in the preparation of bids as well as in the designs, in collaboration with the team in place.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Supervise the technical activities department for the client.

• Ensure the quality and compliance of submissions, designs, and work with safety standards and applicable regulations.

• Optimize technical processes to ensure performance and quality of work.

• Prepare, supervise and sign the workshop drawings.

• Actively contribute to the development of the department in collaboration with the team, identifying opportunities and strategies to be implemented.

• Contribute to define and implement a strategic vision.

•Responsible for company business development

•Collaborate in the preparation of submissions and project designs;

•Work with the Chief Operating Officer/Superintendent, Project Director/Project Authority to ensure effective and efficient management of projects

•Build with the team the necessary documentation to support our service offerings and help us discover benefits

•Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;

•Follow up with professionals and stakeholders;

•Ensure the quality of service before and after-sales;

•Oversee the effectiveness of technical projects and processes;

•Supervise and support the technical team in their daily activities;

•Fostering collaboration and skills development;

•Promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement;

•Actively participate, through their attitude and behaviors, in developing and maintaining a respectful, harmonious, and stimulating work atmosphere for all

•Collaborate with all colleagues and promote teamwork

•Carry out their work with rigor and integrity

•Perform tasks and responsibilities with efficiency and the desire to perform well

•Work in accordance with the company’s culture and values.

•Perform any other related tasks.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar position;

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any other equivalent education;

• Have a good mastery of the following software: Microsoft Office
