Job description
Join WSP as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Northern Ontario, where you will lead innovative geotechnical projects and mentor next-generation engineers in advancing infrastructure.

In this role, you will manage and execute comprehensive geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of technical quality and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting soil investigations, performing complex analyses, and creating detailed geotechnical reports. Furthermore, you'll mentor junior engineers, encouraging their development and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage geotechnical projects from start to finish • Conduct site investigations and soil sampling processes • Prepare technical reports and infrastructure designs • Mentor junior engineers and technicians for skill enhancement • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams seamlessly

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering; Master's preferred • P.Eng. designation in Ontario • Over 10 years in geotechnical consulting and project management • Expertise in foundation engineering and ground improvement • Exceptional technical writing and communication abilities
