Job description
Join Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres (CATC) as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, fortifying your finance career while working in a hybrid environment. This key senior leadership role focuses on analytics, budgeting, and performance management. In this strategic position, the Director of FP&A collaborates with operational leaders to ensure effective resource allocation and financial insight. You will manage the annual budget, forecasts, and performance reviews while also leading a team to enhance reporting capabilities with Power BI dashboards. Strong business acumen and communication skills are essential for influencing decisions across functions. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead enterprise-wide budgeting and planning • Deliver timely forecasts and insights into business trends • Analyze financial performance for senior leadership • Develop business cases for strategic projects • Mentor FP&A team members and improve workflows Requirements: • Degree in a quantitative discipline required • 3+ years in finance leadership, preferably in healthcare • Accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CFA) preferred • Experience with data visualization tools • Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking Enhance CATC's mission by driving financial leadership and informed decision-making across the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
