Adecco is currently hiring multiple Business Analysts for exciting full-time remote contract opportunities supporting major healthcare transformation projects. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, healthcare stakeholders, and software vendors to analyze workflows, document requirements, support testing activities, and contribute to the successful implementation of healthcare and information technology solutions. Responsibilities- Analyze vendor software solutions and technical documentation to assess system functionality and capabilities
- Analyze business workflows, operational processes, and data flows to support system integration and process improvements
- Prepare technical documentation including workflow diagrams, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with business leaders, healthcare stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendor teams to gather and translate business and technical requirements
- Support project implementation activities to ensure business needs and operational objectives are achieved
- Assist project teams with scope management, risk identification, issue tracking, and project coordination activities
- Develop, execute, and support functional, regression, and user acceptance testing activities based on technical requirements and specifications
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to define testing strategies and validate system functionality
- Support deployment planning, transition activities, and operational readiness initiatives
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions related to requirements gathering, testing, and process improvement
- Communicate and document technical and business information clearly and effectively following established standards and procedures
- Provide input and recommendations related to IT solutions, implementation strategies, and operational improvements
- Ensure adherence to governance, privacy, security, and Digital Health standards
- Contribute to the success of large-scale healthcare transformation projects as part of collaborative project teams
Qualifications- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related project-based role
- Experience working with healthcare systems, clinical systems, health information systems, or HL7 integrations is considered a strong asset
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, workflows, and documentation practices
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and organize information from multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced project environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, healthcare technology systems, or public healthcare environments is considered an asset
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or digital implementation projects is considered an asset
