Job description
Join Homewood Health™ as a registered Counsellor in Chatham, ON, delivering essential mental health support. This role focuses on solution-based counseling for clients facing workplace and personal challenges.

As part of Homewood Health™, you’ll provide critical short-term counseling services across various issues, including addictions and relationship dynamics. Collaborate with the clinical management team and comply with best practices while working with individual, couple, and family clients. A strong background in counseling, especially within the EFAP environment, is valued.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide focused counseling to address client concerns • Manage issues like anxiety and workplace challenges • Collaborate with clinical management as necessary • Work effectively with individuals, couples, and families • Ensure compliance with professional standards

Requirements: • Master’s Degree or Bachelor of Social Work with experience • 3 years of experience in counseling or related fields • Registration with a regulatory college • Insurance coverage of $2,000,000 • Competence in Microsoft Office tools
