About the role The Senior Revenue Analyst will report to the Manager of Revenue Accounting and System Solutions. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams (product management, engineering, business automation, ad sales) to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting for ad sales activities, enhance internal systems, and promote efficiency within the revenue accounting function and the overall order‑to‑cash process.
For California only: the estimated annual salary is between $130,000 and $142,000. Compensation packages include health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What you’ll be doing
Work with cross‑functional teams (sales, ad operations, and others) to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing in accordance with ASC 606 for the ad‑sales business.
Partner with product management, engineering, and business automation to drive automation through system implementations, operational enhancements, and improve user experience.
Assist with revenue‑share payouts and provide insights to product management and engineering to improve related automation.
Develop and maintain systems and process documentation as needed.
Support continuous process improvements within the revenue accounting organization and other order‑to‑cash processes.
Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end close activities.
We’re excited if you have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
CPA preferred.
4–8 years of revenue accounting and system automation experience.
Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition, preferably in digital advertising.
Deep understanding of order‑to‑cash processes and a track record of identifying gaps and driving efficiencies.
Proficiency in Excel.
SQL experience in Superset is a plus.
Salesforce highly preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business‑partnering skills.
Hybrid Work Approach Teams work in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible for remote work, except for roles required in the office five days a week.
