Job description
Join McKesson as the Director for Key Accounts and Field Operations. This role is focused on driving strategic execution and operational performance in the Medicine Shoppe Canada network.

You will effectively lead field teams, ensuring that national pharmacy operations align with company strategies. The position emphasizes building relationships with franchisees and internal partners to maintain a disciplined execution model. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills will drive the success of your team and the overall network.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and evolve field execution standards across pharmacies • Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives and tools • Identify and resolve operational issues collaboratively • Establish and monitor KPIs for pharmacy performance • Coach the field operations team to foster accountability

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline • 7-10 years in complex multi-unit operations • 3+ years leading field teams is essential • Excellent communication and influencing capabilities • Ability to travel nationally 25-50%
