Job description
Take the lead in financial strategy with the Toronto Transit Commission as Chief Financial Officer. Deliver enterprise-level financial leadership to enhance sustainability and resilience across the system.

As the Chief Financial Officer at TTC, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and direct the Group Finance function. This leadership role requires managing multi-billion-dollar budgets, creating financial roadmaps, and advising on capital investments. You will ensure financial practices align with long-term transit goals and stakeholder expectations, driving accountability and transparency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Co-lead execution of TTC's financial strategy • Oversee multi-billion-dollar capital and operating budgets • Advise on investment strategies and financial risks • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards • Lead stakeholder communication regarding financial performance

Requirements: • Extensive experience in financial leadership roles • Proven track record of managing large budgets • Strong understanding of public finance regulations • CPA designation or equivalent required • Commitment to values of equity and sustainability
