Education
- College Diploma or equivalent. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
Experience
- Professional experience in a warehouse, supply chain, or Unionized environment.
- Ability to assign work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms of safety, quality, and throughput.
- Availability to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Supply Chain Management & Information Systems, Applied Engineering Science, Packaging Engineering, or Business Management. The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $ 74,000.00 - $115,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
