ROLE OVERVIEW: Digital Transformation Project Manager
The Digital Transformation Project Manager plays a critical role in driving innovation and transformation initiatives within a live MRO environment. This individual operates at the intersection of operations, engineering, and technology, leading the implementation of digital tools, process improvements, and emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—across engine maintenance operations. This is not a traditional project management or coordination role, but an execution-driven leadership position responsible for ensuring that complex initiatives move from concept to implementation and are successfully adopted within the operation. The Digital Transformation Project Manager must operate independently, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, the ability to influence without authority, and a practical, results-oriented approach to implementing change in a fast-paced environment.
