What You Will Do: Assist with organizing, cleaning up, and maintaining files to ensure consistent and accessible document storage Schedule, coordinate, and support meetings, including booking rooms and managing calendars Take meeting notes and assist with follow‑up actions as needed Support project managers with a variety of project‑related administrative and coordination tasks Develop and maintain basic tools such as Excel spreadsheets, trackers, or simple online forms Conduct project‑related research and summarize findings for the project team Collect, compile, and organize information and data required for ongoing projects Provide general administrative and project support as needed What You Bring: Must be a youth ages between 15 to 30 years of age and eligible to participate in the Canada Summer Jobs program.
Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or someone to whom Refugee Status has been granted/conferred.
Have a valid SIN Must be comfortable working from home with the ability to attend in person meetings in the Toronto area.
