Job description
Lead a skilled Accounts Payable team in a dynamic Finance Department handling high transaction volumes. Drive improvements and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

Join us as the Accounts Payable Lead, directly reporting to the AP Manager. In this key position, you'll manage a team of 3–4 professionals while overseeing crucial aspects of accounts payable. Focus areas include invoice management, discrepancy resolution, and ensuring compliance with payment terms. Your expertise in ERP systems like SAP/NAV will be essential for optimizing processes and training team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Support AP Manager with system enhancements and reporting • Train and assist AP team with ERP system usage • Oversee accurate processing of vendor invoices • Liaise with vendors and operational departments for inquiries • Conduct reconciliations and assist with audit support

Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Finance or Accounting • 5+ years in full-cycle accounts payable roles • Proficient in ERP platforms like SAP or NAV • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional organizational and relationship management skills
