Key Responsibilities: • Oversee efficient store operations and team performance • Ensure compliance with inventory and cash handling procedures • Manage staffing, budgeting, and administrative tasks • Provide constructive feedback on employee performance • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and feedback

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred • Over 3 years of retail management experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to work flexible hours • Excellent English communication skills
