Contract: 12 months
Hybrid: 1-2x on-site - Toronto, ON
Rate: $71-84/hr
Must Haves:
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing technology, data, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience (does not need to be at Director level)
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
- Solid understanding of data flows and integrations within a Martech environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Haves:

Insight Global is seeking a Director to support the Marketing Line of Business at a Top Financial Institution! This individual will join a high-impact marketing technology team responsible for ensuring platform stability, driving data integration into Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), and supporting campaign execution processes. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams to enhance audience segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee platform maintenance, ensuring all marketing platforms are operating effectively with no outages or disruptions
- Lead data integration efforts into Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), including onboarding new data sources (e.g., credit, deposit, and lending data)
- Support the development of audience segmentation and campaign sizing using integrated data
- Manage and optimize marketing processes, including hands-on channel execution and operational workflows
- Provide leadership to a team of 8–10 consultants and senior managers
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams
