Job description
Elevate students' learning as a Remote AP Pre-Calculus Tutor with Varsity Tutors. Enjoy the freedom of setting your hours while earning up to $40 per hour for impactful online teaching. As a tutor, you'll be pivotal in preparing students for their AP examinations. Familiarity with polynomial and exponential functions, along with effective teaching methods, is essential to facilitate understanding and success. Leverage our state-of-the-art Live Learning Platform for enhanced tutoring sessions. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct engaging 1-on-1 tutoring sessions online • Explain complex precalculus concepts clearly • Adapt instruction to meet a variety of learning needs • Use graphing technology and modeling practices • Monitor and support student progress towards goals Requirements: • Expertise in AP Pre-Calculus curriculum topics • Strong communication and teaching abilities • Capability to adjust teaching strategies based on student needs • Enthusiasm for promoting student engagement and understanding • Experience with 1-on-1 online tutoring methodologies Empower students academically as a Remote AP Pre-Calculus Tutor with Varsity Tutors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
