Salary: $25–$30/hour + commission + monthly bonus

The Role
You will deliver exceptional patient experiences through advanced treatments, personalized care plans, and consultative recommendations that support long-term skin health and results.
What You’ll Do
• Perform advanced treatments including laser, IPL, microneedling, and facials
• Conduct consultations and recommend customized treatment plans and skincare
• Build strong patient relationships to drive retention and rebooking
• Achieve service and retail targets while maintaining a patient-first approach
• Partner with the clinic team and Medical Director to support patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
• Capture consented before-and-after photos to support patient journeys
What You Bring
• Certified Medical Aesthetician
• 2+ years experience in a medical or high-end aesthetic environment
• Hands-on experience with laser and energy-based devices
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results while maintaining trust-based care
• Comfortable with clinic systems and technology
Availability
Flexible scheduling required, including a mix of:
• Daytime
• Evenings
• Weekends
