Job description
Explore the Subcontracts Administrator role at Ledcor, managing critical subcontract processes for large infrastructure projects from Oshawa. Ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support subcontractor success. As a key member of our team, you will manage subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle, from negotiation to closeout. With a focus on compliance and partnership-building, your role includes leading onboarding processes, drafting contracts, and monitoring subcontractor performance. You’ll also address financial and technical issues proactively, ensuring project success through effective contract management and communication. Key Responsibilities: • Manage subcontracts, ensuring compliance throughout lifetime • Draft, negotiate, and prepare subcontract agreements • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and necessary documentation • Track contractual rights and manage change orders • Prepare and maintain change logs and summary reports Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Subcontracts Coordinator • Educational background in civil engineering or similar • Proven infrastructure project experience for a General Contractor • Strong record-keeping and contract management skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Leverage your expertise to improve subcontract processes and support Ledcor’s major infrastructure projects in Oshawa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
