We are seeking an experienced IAM Application Onboarding Analyst to support the integration of enterprise applications into Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cybersecurity, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise applications into IAM platforms
- Work with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and ServiceNow for onboarding and access workflows
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Develop access models including RBAC and entitlements
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and application teams
- Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatory standards
- Identify and report potential security risks
- Participate in testing phases including UAT and support implementation activities
- Analyze existing onboarding processes and recommend improvements
- Provide support on IAM-related requests and process optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, specifically application onboarding
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Experience working with ServiceNow IAM workflows and request models
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with additional IAM tools such as CyberArk or Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Basic automation experience
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
