Job description
Elevate your career as a Property Specialist in a hybrid leasing and administrative role focused on residential management. Your attention to detail and customer focus will drive success in this position. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional covering a one-year leave. As the Property Specialist, you will foster resident relationships while overseeing leasing activities and property operations. A background in customer service or administration is essential to succeed in this fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong resident relationships • Manage the full leasing process efficiently • Proactively track vacancies and meet leasing goals • Conduct property inspections and manage resident transitions • Facilitate administration of payments and services Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields • High school diploma or equivalent required • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation as needed Play a pivotal role in enhancing community living experiences while advancing your career in property management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
