Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan.

Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.
Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process.
Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety.
Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.
Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.
Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.
What you bring:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology,
Registration with Professional College or Association;
Clinical competency in solution-focused, short-term therapy approaches
Proven ability to assess and manage high-risk clinical situations
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload
Comfort with digital service delivery, Experience or strong aptitude for building therapeutic rapport via video and telephone
Reliable home office setup: Private, confidential workspace
