Job description
Provide exceptional customer service as a Bilingual Patient Support Representative with Teladoc Health. Help patients through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring high satisfaction levels. As a Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative, you will manage inquiries effectively while fostering a positive experience for both patients and members. The role requires strong telephonic communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy for individuals in need. Flexibility is key, as you will work independently and as part of a team, addressing concerns and crisis situations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from members • Provide information on Teladoc Health services • Address inquiries and resolve patient issues • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels • Collaborate with team members to support patients Requirements: • Bilingual in English and French is required • Exceptional empathy towards patients and members • Strong organizational skills for competing priorities • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Experience in healthcare or tech is a plus Deliver focused support, effective communication, and empathetic solutions as a key player in Teladoc Health's patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
