Job description
Lead technology initiatives as the Director of IT Program Management at Acosta Group. This role focuses on portfolio management, governance, and stakeholder engagement across U.S. and Canada. Acosta Group is seeking a Director of IT Program Management to oversee various technology projects. You will drive portfolio prioritization, risk management, and ensure compliance through effective PMO governance. Your experience will enable you to lead a diverse team of Project and Program Managers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Manage portfolio intake and demand management processes • Implement governance frameworks and standards • Coach and develop Project and Program Managers • Track financial performance and value delivery • Optimize PPM tools and reporting capabilities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Over 7 years in project and portfolio management • Experience leading a PMO at scale • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills • Competence in Agile and traditional delivery models Emphasize your leadership skills and experience with PMO governance to succeed in this vital role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
