Job description
Shape the future of retail with Advantage Solutions as a Retail Team Lead. Drive in-store merchandising efforts by building displays and optimizing shelves for enhanced shopper experiences.

In this pivotal role, you will deliver merchandising support across various retailers while ensuring optimal product placements. Your experience will contribute to maximizing sales opportunities through display setups and resets. Additionally, you will aid leadership through reporting and training initiatives to foster team growth and development.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage displays and end caps for retailers • Reset shelves to optimize product visibility • Report on sales performance and assist in training • Utilize smartphones or tablets for work documentation • Travel locally within assigned territories efficiently

Requirements: • 1-2 years of merchandising or planogram experience • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks • Reliable transportation for commuting • Flexible availability from Monday to Thursday • Willingness to work early shifts without nights or weekends
