As a Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will work directly with clients to deliver the world‑class service Gallagher is known for. This role involves managing an existing portfolio of clients, leading the renewal cycle, handling day‑to‑day policy changes, working on a diverse range of accounts, and collaborating closely with insurers.

How you'll make an impact
Support a designated portfolio of clients, taking a lead role in business retention and continuously strengthening client relationships
Review accounts at renewal, placing required coverage, re‑marketing where appropriate, and adhering to carrier binding authority
Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround on all client-related requests
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generating quality leads and partnering with Account Executives to bind coverage
Proactively enhance insurance market knowledge, staying current on new products and policy updates
About you
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service experience
Naturally solution‑oriented, with a strong ability to deliver practical and innovative outcomes for clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted client relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Known as a team player — someone people enjoy working with, and who values collaboration
Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and consistently exceed client expectations
Brings a high level of attention to detail, which has contributed to success in prior roles
Highly tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
Experience as an Account Manager within Personal Lines or Commercial Lines in a brokerage environment is ideal
Experience or knowledge within the Media or Entertainment industries considered a strong asset
RIBO License active and in good standing
CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued
Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset
