• Wage: $30.41 - $50.70

• Paid Time Off in Year 1: Vacation & Sick time

• CAT certified training: Additional certifications and skill development paid for by Finning## **Job Description:**As the Hydraulics Specialist, you will troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of CAT components, such as cylinders and valves.* Troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar equipment* Perform a wide variety of equipment repair diagnostics* Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily* Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes)* Interact with internal and external customers* Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required**Qualifications:*** Journeyperson Ticket considered an asset* Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail* Previous repair and troubleshooting experience with Caterpillar general line products would be considered an asset* Engine and/or component rebuilding experience would be considered an asset* Transmission or Hydraulic testing would be considered an asset* Previous engine and power generation experience would be considered an asset**Important Details:*** This position is based out of Prince George, on a 7x7 Continuous Shift* A condition of employment may be to be fit tested and wear a respirator**Union Membership:** This is a unionized position.
