Job description
Elevate healthcare messaging as an Associate Creative Director at Grey Health. Lead creative campaigns, inspire teams, and deliver compliant copy in a hybrid work environment.

In this pivotal role, you will guide the creative team to craft strategic campaigns that resonate with target audiences in the health sector. With over 7 years of experience in a creative capacity, you will combine your copywriting expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare nuances. Your collaborations will span across key players, such as Creative Directors and Account Managers, to ensure exceptional project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead briefing and concept development of healthcare campaigns • Ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining engagement • Provide hands-on support and direction to creative teams • Write compelling narrative and tone-of-voice guidelines • Cultivate relationships through client meetings and presentations

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in a creative role with agency experience • Strong portfolio in healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising • Excellent verbal presentation skills • Proven experience managing creative teams • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry
