Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our facility. This role requires a leader with a strong ability to manage a diverse team and a range of clients who report to the center. The Site Manager will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, services are delivered effectively, and all staff work collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring that all departments function efficiently.
Collaborate with department leads (Nursing, Security, Mental Health) to ensure cohesive and coordinated service delivery.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site.
Work in collaboration with the EHN National Operational team to provide on-site leadership.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to department leads and staff.
Conduct regular meetings with department heads to discuss operational issues, updates, and improvements.
Facilitate a positive working environment and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Oversee staff development, including training and performance evaluations.
Client Management
Ensure that clients receive high‑quality care and support services.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with the Mental Health and Addictions Team Lead to address specific client needs.
Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and outcomes.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure that the site complies with all relevant local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols, in coordination with the Security Team Lead.
Ensure that all staff are trained on and adhere to health and safety standards.
Budgeting and Financial Management
Assist in the preparation of the site’s budget, monitor expenditures, and manage resources efficiently.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high service quality.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including community partners, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
Represent the organization at community events and meetings as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support the site’s objectives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within healthcare or a related field.
Proven experience in managing diverse teams and working in a multidisciplinary environment.
Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in Saskatchewan.
Willingness to undergo a background check and provide professional references.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
