Job description
Become a Loss Prevention Partner at Sephora in Montreal! Utilize your skills in surveillance and customer service to safeguard our store from theft and loss. This part time role focuses on both asset protection and customer engagement. You will conduct surveillance, create reports on theft incidents, and develop strong relationships with law enforcement and store leadership. Ongoing training for store associates on loss prevention techniques is key to maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct real-time surveillance and monitor customer behavior • Draft reports on theft occurrences and merchandise recovery • Train staff to enhance loss prevention awareness • Perform audits and communicate results to management • Collaborate on execution of shrinkage prevention strategies Requirements: • One year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High School diploma or equivalent • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in different locations Utilize your expertise in loss prevention to enhance security and customer experience at Sephora in Montreal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
