Job descriptionMacDonald Search Group is supporting a growing, multi-location retail and lifestyle brand in the search for a Marketing Director to lead the next phase of its evolution. This is not a “keep the lights on” marketing role. The mandate is clear: build a modern, digitally led brand with Shopify at the core, while elevating the in‑store experience and deepening customer connection.
You will own the full marketing ecosystem, shaping how the brand shows up, how it grows online, and how it converts across every touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and commerce, with real influence on revenue, customer experience, and long‑term positioning.
Responsibilities
s:Lead the evolution of the brand from a primarily brick-and-mortar footprint to a digitally driven, omnichannel business with Shopify at the cente
r.Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across e-commerce, digital, social, email, in-store, and event
s.Drive online revenue growth through Shopify optimization, including site experience, conversion rate, merchandising, and lifecycle marketin
g.Build and scale performance marketing across paid media, SEO, and retention channels, with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition cos
t.Oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and storytelling to strengthen emotional connection and community engagemen
t.Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to continuously refine campaigns, assortment strategy, and go‑to‑market executio
