Job description
Drive customer satisfaction and growth as a Senior Technical Account Manager in Canada. Leverage your technical expertise to manage strategic relationships and ensure platform adoption for leading enterprises.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager focused on post-sales processes. This role demands a mix of technical proficiency and business acumen, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion. You’ll represent our brand as a trusted advisor, navigating all phases of sales and procurement while collaborating closely with partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Create accurate technical documentation and sales proposals • Execute renewal strategies and manage contract expansions • Maintain visibility into account opportunities and forecasts • Collaborate with partners on procurement processes

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of experience • Knowledge of security and compliance systems • Strong presentation and communication skills • Familiarity with relevant regulations and auditing frameworks • Willingness to travel for client relationship building
