Job description
Lead construction projects in Ottawa as a Site Superintendent with Thomas Cavanagh Construction. Oversee day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and ensure safety standards are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of construction projects, including subcontractor coordination and maintaining relationships with clients and trade partners. Your expertise will ensure efficient project execution while adhering to industry standards. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a background in ICI or Condo/Apartment projects are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate overall project scheduling and logistics • Ensure health and safety compliance for all on-site workers • Manage project finances with the Project Manager • Lead and organize daily operations alongside internal teams • Conduct quality control to meet Cavanagh’s standards

Requirements: • Minimum five years in ICI or Condo project management • Training as a Site Superintendent is an asset • Knowledge of CCDC Contracts and Construction Law • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Willingness to learn and enhance professional growth
