Job description
Join First Nations Bank of Canada as a Trust Officer in Vancouver, offering essential support to Indigenous communities through trust services. Contribute to enhancing the economic well-being of Indigenous peoples.

This full-time role will have you based in our Vancouver office within the Squamish Nation reserve, where you will be the central point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing client meeting agendas and materials while ensuring a high-quality service standard. Collaborate closely with various teams within FNB Trust to provide seamless client interactions.

Key Responsibilities: • Attend trust meetings and oversee client interactions • Prepare comprehensive client meeting agendas • Ensure accurate recording of minutes and reports • Deliver trust-related training and support • Assist in reviewing client contracts and policies

Requirements: • 3-5 years of relevant experience required • Business administration degree preferred • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong understanding of trust regulations • Adherence to privacy and compliance policies
