Job description
Lead and engage children this summer as a Camp Counsellor with Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre. Ensure safety, facilitate activities, and create an inclusive atmosphere for kids aged 5-12.

As a Summer Camp Counsellor, you will join the dynamic team at Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre. Your role includes implementing daily programs, ensuring participant well-being, and fostering positive relationships with campers and parents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about working with children.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement daily camp programs for ages 5-12 • Ensure health and safety of all participants • Serve as a positive role model and leader • Actively participate in games, crafts, and field trips • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements: • Effective communication with campers and staff • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • High 5 Certification or Recreation Certificate is an asset • Previous experience in youth programs is preferred • Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification required
