Job description
Take charge as the Manager of Financial Analysis at Capital One Canada, focusing on comprehensive financial management and strategic insights. Flexible hybrid work setup enhances work-life balance.

This pivotal role involves working with finance teams to perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and ongoing portfolio assessments at Capital One. You’ll partner with various business functions and senior leaders to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your leadership will guide junior analysts in supporting these crucial efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead budget creation and financial forecasts • Communicate financial outcomes to senior teams • Examine past trends to highlight variances • Present transparency on company financial risks • Guide and prioritize the work of junior analysts

Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Experience in financial services or banking preferred • 3+ years working with senior leaders • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field • Familiarity with SQL or Python beneficial
