Job description
Join the Markets team as an Implementation Specialist focused on Preventative Booking Controls. This position involves analyzing booking processes and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective controls.

You will be responsible for defining business requirements that align with regulatory mandates while collaborating with Departments such as Sales, Trading, and Technology. As part of this role, you will ensure that the functionality delivered meets stringent business requirements, enabling seamless project management for controls implementation. Investigating control failures will also be a key part of your role.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth analysis of booking processes across applications • Define and document business requirements for controls • Engage with cross-functional teams for successful implementation • Oversee the go-live execution of new controls • Investigate and enhance existing control measures

Requirements: • Relevant degree in a pertinent field • Experience in operational risk or middle office • Strong expertise in Markets products and controls • Effective collaboration and negotiation abilities • Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on controls
