Job description
Join Tolko as an Application Support Specialist based in Vernon, British Columbia. You'll drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams while ensuring seamless problem resolution.

As an integral member of Tolko's corporate service group, you will utilize your skills in customer service and application support to maintain the efficiency of multiple departments including Finance and IT. Your three or more years of experience will enable you to tackle complex technical challenges while prioritizing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage tier 2 Incident and Service Requests for various teams • Coordinate support from internal resources and vendors • Resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools • Provide remote and hands-on desktop assistance • Identify solutions and contribute to documentation

Requirements: • 3+ years in customer service and application support • Understanding of ITIL Procedures and incident management • Client support experience in a medium to large business • Strong communication skills and business acumen • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
