AR Specialist - 11-Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Accounts receivable professional with 2+ years of experience in invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Known for accuracy, clear communication, and resolving complex billing disputes with clients

About You

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: generating invoices, tracking outstanding balances, and reconciling the AR ledger
• Lead client and vendor meetings to resolve billing disputes and coordinate payment arrangements
• Support reconciliation, cash applications, and management updates

Pay Range
$25 - $28 per hour
