Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Shipper and Receiver to join their team. As a Shipper and Receiver, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipper and Receiver
Location: CA3 Waterville, NS
Pay Range: $19.05
Shift: Shift work-12 hours rotational shifts
What's the Job?
- Ensure the availability and organization of semi-finished products on machines and manufacturing stations.
- Monitor the condition and performance of equipment, analyzing abnormalities and suggesting corrective actions.
- Support production and quality requirements according to internal customer needs.
- Implement and comply with environmental management systems and safety protocols.
- Verify products and ensure quality standards are met during shipping and receiving processes.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in a related role.
- Credential requirements: 100006, 100006.
- Ability to follow safety and environmental guidelines diligently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a physically active environment.
