Job description
Take the helm as Lead Quality Assurance at Fleetwood Metal Industries in Tillsonburg, Ontario. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining quality throughout the stamping process. The Quality Team Lead will play a crucial role in supporting quality associates and implementing effective quality assurance practices. Responsibilities include daily quality support, quality training for new hires, and ensuring effective communication across departments. A strong quality background and experience with cold stamping will contribute to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily quality team operations and audits • Implement training programs for quality staff • Ensure communication regarding quality issues • Perform quality clerical functions and log management • Assist in maintaining and calibrating quality equipment Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMS tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Solid understanding of quality assurance principles • Experience with blueprints and measuring tools • Forklift license is a plus Drive quality excellence and ensure compliance with Cleveland-Cliffs standards as a Quality Team Lead. #J-18808-Ljbffr
