Reporting to a national Board of Directors, the CEO provides overall strategic, operational, and organizational leadership. The CEO will guide the development and execution of a clear growth strategy, working directly with IJM Global to advance shared priorities while shaping a distinct and effective Canadian approach. You are a strong communicator and storyteller, with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships across diverse audiences. You are an engaging and credible leader who can align teams, build trust, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. You bring sound financial and operational judgment, along with experience working closely with a Board of Directors.
IJM Canada is seeking an exceptional, visionary leader, driven by the belief that change is possible, to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic organization, mobilizing Canada as a driving force in the global movement to end violence against people living in poverty.
