Job description
Elevate plant operations as a Plant Engineer with Greenfield Global in Tiverton, Ontario. Support daily operations through expertise in troubleshooting, engineering design, and project execution.

As a Plant Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Manager, providing vital hands-on support for day-to-day operations and managing capital projects under $250,000. Expect to utilize problem-solving skills, ensure compliance with safety standards, and implement continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as Project Manager for capital projects under $250K • Develop project scopes, estimates, and execution plans • Provide engineering support for mechanical and electrical issues • Support documentation and engineering standards compliance • Coordinate contractor activities for project execution

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline • 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred • Strong problem-solving capabilities in a plant environment • Proficiency in AutoCAD; simulation tools are a plus • Effective communicator with operators and contractors
