Job description
Lead financial strategies as a dynamic Chief Financial Officer. Elevate financial planning, compliance, and analytics to support sustainable growth for a fast-evolving sports organization.

This full-time, in-office role is designed for a strategic finance leader ready to tackle the challenges of a growing brand. You will manage all aspects of financial operations, driving insightful decision-making and compliance. You'll also focus on mentoring future leaders and ensuring robust financial management across departments.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct strategic financial leadership and long-term planning • Manage compliance and financial reporting processes • Analyze profitability metrics for informed strategies • Build and lead a high-performance finance team • Collaborate to drive pricing and revenue optimization

Requirements: • 10+ years of finance experience with leadership roles • Proven ability to scale financial systems effectively • Solid understanding of forecasting and risk management • Excellent communication skills for complex issues • CPA or CFA credential required
