Elevate your career with DDS Wireless as a Technical Sales Specialist, responsible for driving customer success for our SaaS products. Engage in client onboarding and delivery of exceptional support while working from the office four days a week.
In this role, you will support customer sales initiatives and ensure a smooth journey from client engagement to retention. You are the vital link connecting clients with internal teams, maximizing satisfaction through quality technical support. Your focus will be on delivering the best possible customer experiences with our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Configure and deploy SaaS solutions tailored to client needs • Manage onboarding and deliver high-quality customer experiences • Build solid relationships, guiding clients to success • Conduct engaging training sessions for product adoption • Troubleshoot issues post-go-live with continuous support
Requirements: • 3+ years in Technical Sales within the software industry • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce • Excellent communication skills for client engagement • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
