Job description
Lead financial excellence as the Chief Financial Officer at Kindred Construction in Vancouver, BC. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategies that build a sustainable future for the company.

As a member of the Executive Team, your primary focus will be on providing financial leadership and partnering with the COO and President. Your expertise will guide the organization through project-driven financial complexities, ensuring financial clarity and strong operational decisions. You will establish financial systems and processes that drive profitability and organizational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: • Advise leadership on financial insights and business decisions • Oversee and manage project budgeting and forecasting • Establish strong financial controls and governance • Analyze and improve project cash flow management • Direct external financial relationships and compliance

Requirements: • CPA required; MBA strongly preferred • 8+ years of finance experience in a leadership capacity • Experience in the construction or project-based industry • Strong skills in financial analysis and risk management • Proven track record of clear financial communication
